Secretary II

  • PAY GRADE: 15
  • DEPARTMENT: Sheriff's Office
  • PAY RATE: $19.52 - $32.85
  • LOCATION: Sheriff's Office - Goffstown, Nashua, Manchester
  • SCHEDULE: Full-time- 40 Hours Per Week -Nights, Weekends, & Holidays

 

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

An applicant for Secretary II position must have; experience and background in modern office practices, methods, computer equipment and applications related to work; data entry, basic accounting and book keeping skills, and information management systems; the ability to perform the required procedures and assigned duties with accuracy and proficiency; the ability to read, write, and speak English; the ability to follow oral and written instructions; the ability to provide a high level of customer service to members of the public accessing the assistance and services of the office, the applicant must have excellent written and verbal communications skills; the applicant must be able to keep and maintain confidentiality; the applicant must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and must possess a valid New Hampshire Driver License; ability to successfully pass a background investigation.
