Department Overview:
The Weston Police Department is a professional, MPAC Accredited Police Agency consisting of 26 full-time sworn officers. Our 24-hour dispatch center is staffed by 8 full-time civilian dispatchers. We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Police Officer.
The Town of Weston is an affluent community of approximately 11,500 people that covers approximately 17 square miles, set in the MetroWest area just 15 miles outside of Boston.

The Weston Police Department is committed to providing the highest level of public safety and service to the citizens and business people within the community. The members of the department are empowered to enforce state and local laws to ensure that the peace and tranquility of our neighborhoods are maintained and that crime and the fear of crime are reduced.
