About the Exeter Fire District EMS Division
The Exeter Fire Department No. 1 is a volunteer fire department that provides emergency services to the eastern half of Exeter Rhode Island. Our department operates out of two stations with eight pieces of apparatus. We serve an area of approximately 36 square miles and a community of about 6,500 residents.
