E911 Shift Supervisor (Nights)
Job Summary
To supervise assigned staff and engage in emergency communications work; receives and responds to incoming calls to Peach County E911 Communications Center; and dispatches emergency service and/or law enforcement personnel as appropriate.
We are open 24-7,364 including holidays. This position is for an open night shift supervisor position. Our regular shifts include 0600-1800,1800-0600 or 1200-0000 with regular oncall.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with technical/vocational training in emergency communications or a closely related field; supplemented by two years of progressively responsible emergency communications experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must possess and maintain valid GCIC Operator, Basic Communication, CPR, Emergency Medical Dispatch, and POST certifications. May require certification as a terminal agency coordinator.
