Neptune Township Police Department
Now Accepting applications for Special Law Enforcement Officer Class II (SLEO II)
This position is year-round, part-time at an hourly rate of $28.00.
You must currently possess a valid NJPTC Certification for SLEO II or be a retired law enforcement officer with a valid NJPTC Basic Course for Police Officer Certification to qualify for this position.
Minimum qualifications applicants must meet the following qualifications in order to apply:
- You must currently possess a valid NJPTC Certification for SLEO II or be a retired law enforcement officer with a valid NJPTC Basic Course for Police Officer Certification to qualify for this position.
- Must be a resident of New Jersey and a citizen of the United States.
- Shall have graduated from high school or possess a General Equivalency Degree (GED).
- Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
