The Records Technician (Full-Time) provides essential clerical and record-keeping support to the Duluth Police Department. Key responsibilities include general office tasks such as typing, computer data entry, providing customer service, collecting fees, and managing information and documents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    - Perform general office duties, including typing and data entry.
    - Provide customer service and assist with fee collection.
    - Process, maintain, retrieve, and disseminate information and documents.
    - Perform routine public safety clerical duties to support Department operations.
  • - Typically works Monday-Friday, 8 or 10 hours; working hours (8 or 10) can be decided at time of hire
  •  
  • Minimum Requirements
    - Employees in this position must be at least 18 years of age and
    must be able to accept work in the United States.
  • - A High School Diploma or state-issue G.E.D. is required.
