SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
- Three (3) years of emergency services dispatching experience.
- Possession of Georgia Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) certification through the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC).
- Possession of Communications Officer certification in Georgia as issued by the Peace Officers Standards and Training Council.
- Two (2) years of prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
